For 8+ years, I’ve been coaching business owners, CEOs, and leadership teams who are ready to break through their personal ceiling and build a high-performance culture that lasts.

How is this different from generic executive coaching?

What’s the time commitment?
Evolution and Reset each run 90 days, blending in-person and online sessions with support between sessions to keep momentum. Partnership is an ongoing six-month relationship. The exact session rhythm is tailored directly with Annie to fit your schedule.
Do I have to complete the whole pathway?
Yes. The pathway is purposefully designed as an interconnected progression. Each stage builds directly on the clarity and capability established in the previous phase - ensuring that personal growth naturally translates into team capability and organisational performance rather than falling flat.
